Training Methdology

NCPD employs combination of a variety of methods and tools to make the programs very interactive and transfer practical skills.

The methodology of training programs delivery used by NCPD to ensure maximum benefit to participants include:

Lecture and Course Material

●  Lecture

●  Presentations supported with slides, videos, etc

●  Provision of course manual, covering topics of the course, to each participant, which could be used as a    reference in the work place.

●  Additional Handouts, wherever required.

●  Site visits and practical training, as to the type of program

Competency Based Training

During the program delivery the Trainer ensures that delegates are assimilating/learning to the subject matter by using the following:

●  Providing a good insight into the subject.

●  Question and answer technique throughout the course.

●  Behaviour modelling and role-plays.

●  One to one and/or group discussions.

●  Individual and team Syndicate practical exercises.

●  Case studies course taken from real business problems and providing the real business solutions.

●  Videos, Slides, LCD…etc.

●  Individual Action Plan to evaluate training results.


Methods of Action Planning

During the course the Trainer assists the delegates to design an Action Plan. The action plan will be taken into the workplace to assist them to implement what they have learnt on the course.
